Shop
Founded in 1945, The Upholstery Shop is a fourth generation family business. We reupholster, repair, refinish and restore furniture. We can restyle your furniture or custom build new furniture to your specifications. Since 1979, we have also carried home textiles at discounted prices. Our clients consider us a “best kept secret” with thousands of fabrics at prices that are lower than discount fabric stores.
Our hours of business are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturday. We accept all major credit cards for your convenience. If you need fabric or supplies for a DIY project, we can help. (Even if you just need some guidance.)
The Upholstery Shop is located on I10 (the Katy Freeway) between Campbell and Blalock. Customersmay also visit our showroom in Kingwood where we partner with The Drapery Center. We serve the Houston area from Clear Lake to the Woodlands and from Katy to Baytown.* See our Directions and Map page for detailed directions.
* Pick-up and delivery service is available for a fee based on the distance from our factory. Of course, anyone is welcome to bring in and pick-up their own furniture to save those charges.
